Jethro Abella, RPm.

Jethro Abella, RPm. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and recruitment. Jethro started their career as a Psychometrician at the National Center for Mental Health in 2019. Jethro then worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Globe Telecom in 2019. In 2020, they took on the role of Recruiter at Quess Staffing. In 2021, they joined ProSource BPO as an IT Recruitment Specialist before transitioning to KLAIM.AI, where they held positions as a Recruiter and Onboarder, Human Resources Administrator, and currently, as a Human Resources Generalist.

Jethro Abella, RPm. completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at De La Salle University - Dasmariñas from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Registered Psychometrician certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in December 2019. Furthermore, Jethro obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from ISSSP in March 2021.
