Abraham Flores

Abraham Flores has held various roles in the Human Resources field over the past seven years. In 2015, they began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Grupo Sacmag, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, pre-payroll, and SUA. Later that same year, they moved to Grupo Sellcom, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition. Abraham 's duties included sourcing passive talent and building robust talent pipelines. In 2021, they joined Conekta as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist US, LATAM & Europe. Abraham 's responsibilities included briefing and intake calls with hiring managers and collaborating with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement the best talent acquisition strategies. Most recently, in 2022, Abraham Flores began working at Klar as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Tech International. Abraham 's roles and responsibilities include attracting top talent around the world, especially in US, LATAM and Europe, as well as being in charge for the candidates during the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from initial contact, scheduling interviews and offer, and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Abraham Flores began their education in 2014 at Universidad Tecmilenio, studying Administration and Management of Business. In August 2017, they obtained a certification in Direction and Leadership Styles from cdg- Experts in Business Competencies. In January 2018, they obtained a certification in Talent Management and Human Capital from Universidad Tecmilenio. Abraham is currently still studying at Universidad Tecmilenio.
