Rama Krishna Pagadala

Rama Krishna Pagadala has over 20 years of work experience in the tech industry. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Cisco, where they worked on various technologies and protocols for their top selling products. From 2005 to 2017, they worked at Microsoft, where they held various positions, including Principal Engineering Manager for Skype Android, Translator, Bots, and Skype Qik, Senior Engineering Manager for Skype for Business (Teams) Mobile, and SDE/T Lead for the Windows Networking Stack (Wi-Fi, DHCP, VPN). Since 2017, they have been working at STRIVR as Senior Director of Software Engineering, where they are responsible for leading, hiring, and growing teams of frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure engineers, as well as driving the product roadmap and execution. Most recently, they were appointed as the Head of Engineering (VPE) at Klarity in 2022.

Rama Krishna Pagadala has a Master of Technology in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Rama Krishna also has a Systems Thinking certification from LinkedIn obtained in December 2022.
