Bailey Powell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bailey is currently working at Klarna since June 2021 as the Head of Customer Success, Global | Virtual Shopping. Before that, they held the position of Director of Customer Success, Global at HERO® from July 2020 to June 2021 until it was acquired by Klarna. In their role at HERO®, they aimed to make eCommerce more human by connecting shoppers with product experts via text, chat, and video. Bailey Powell has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Salem State University. In addition to their formal education, Bailey also obtained certifications such as a Certified Mastectomy Fitter from Nordstrom in April 2012 and was recognized as the Leader of the Month at Nordstrom in May 2013.
