Benjamin Aaron Snow has a diverse work experience. Benjamin Aaron is currently serving as the Head of Governance and Analytics, Compliance at Klarna, where they are responsible for building a core analytics/engineering team within the Compliance domain. Benjamin Aaron also serves as a Group Competence Lead at Klarna, managing a team of managers and supporting professional development and organizational development within the company.

Prior to joining Klarna, Benjamin worked as a Team Lead for the Anti Money Laundering (AML+CTF) KPI and Reporting Team at Klarna. Benjamin Aaron also served as a Group Lead for Anti-Money Laundering (AML+CTF) Compliance Operations, providing interim leadership and managing several operational teams.

In addition, Benjamin has experience in academia, as an Adjunct Lecturer at Hertie School, where they developed and taught courses on impact and change pathways, as well as starting a social business from scratch.

Before their time at Klarna and Hertie School, Benjamin worked as a Senior Venture Developer at FoundersLane, a Board Member and Co-founder & CEO at Civocracy, and as a Research Analyst at SEEK Development - Strategic and Organizational Consultants, where they worked on data research, writing, and analysis for various projects.

Benjamin also holds the distinction of having been an Alumnus of Startupbootcamp Amsterdam. Throughout their career, Benjamin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managerial abilities, and expertise in compliance, analytics, and organizational development.

Benjamin Aaron Snow has a Master of Public Policy degree with a focus on Democratic Innovation from the Hertie School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Political Economy with a minor in African Studies at Colorado College. Their earlier education includes obtaining an International Baccalaureate Diploma from UWC Mahindra College, where they studied Economics, Philosophy, and English Literature. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin Snow has also obtained certification in the Venture Deals Course from Kauffman Fellows in November 2020.
