Dennis van de Pol has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Dennis is currently the Head of Partner Marketing - Netherlands at Klarna, where they drive strategic partnerships with key accounts and manages a team of 6. Prior to that, they were the Brand Business Leader Coloration at L'Oréal, responsible for the marketing strategy and business development of the Coloration category.

Before their time at L'Oréal, Dennis worked at Nike for several years in various digital brand roles. Dennis led the Nike Brand Digital Strategy for Nike Factory Stores in the EMEA region, developed and executed marketing campaigns, and drove the Nike+ membership strategy.

Dennis also has experience in sales management at KPN, completed a management traineeship at NS Stations (part of Nederlandse Spoorwegen), and worked as a graduate intern at Philips. Dennis began their career with Tele2 and Nxs Internet B.V., where they completed an internship and a graduation assignment respectively.

Throughout their career, Dennis has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and marketing skills, and has effectively managed teams and budgets.

Dennis van de Pol holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management, which they obtained from Tilburg University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Sales / International Business and Management Studies at Arnhem Business School from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, Dennis also participated in a part of the Bachelor programme in International Business at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson and a certification in Growth Marketing from Growth Tribe.
