Eduardo Morales Heimlich has a diverse work experience in the banking and fintech industries. Eduardo started their career at Citi, where they held various roles, including Vice President in the Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory division, managing clients and designing strategic portfolios. Eduardo also served as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate and Investment Banking division, acquiring and managing commercial banking clients.

Afterwards, Eduardo joined UBS Global Wealth Management as a Director in Strategy and Business Development, where they focused on generating new business in the fintech, financial, digital, and healthcare industries.

Eduardo then transitioned to Klarna, first as the Southern Europe and North America Head for Direct Bank Transfer and Open Banking at Klarna Kosma, responsible for go-to-market strategy and building relationships with partners. Later, they became the Senior Commercial Lead for Money Movement Partnerships, overseeing global relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with Klarna's expansion goals.

Outside of their corporate roles, Eduardo served as a Mentor at Founder Institute, supporting startups in their early stages. Eduardo also invested as a Seed Investor in Econduce.

Continuing their studies, Eduardo Morales Heimlich enrolled at the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 2001 to 2005. There, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance, General. In 2003, they also had a short-term study experience at The University of Sydney Business School as part of their Bachelor's program in Finance.
