Julia Lilliehöök has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Julia most recently worked at Klarna as the Director of Global Product Growth for Card & Banking, a role they held starting in May 2022. Earlier in their career, Julia worked as a Brand Manager for Grand Marnier Brands at Campari from November 2003 to October 2005, and as an Assistant to the Brand Manager at Philip Morris from 2002 to 2003. Julia also worked as a Consultant at CNC Communications & Network Consulting from 2001 to 2002, where they focused on the redesign of corporate brands and internal communication processes after mergers.

Julia Lilliehöök completed their Master's degree in Public and Business Communications, with a specialization in Brand Marketing, from Universität der Künste Berlin. Julia pursued this degree from 1995 to 2000. Prior to their higher education, they attended Green Meadow Waldorf School from 1990 to 1991 for their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Julia Lilliehöök obtained a certification in Klarna Marketing Academy 2.0 Productivity from Klarna in December 2020.
