Karan Negi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karan is currently working as a Business Operations Manager at Klarna since July 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Amazon, starting in October 2010. At Amazon, they served in various roles including EMEA Leader - Sr. Investigations Manager (Seller Fraud and Abuse) from April 2017 to July 2021, Investigations Manager - Buyer Fraud and Abuse from November 2014 to April 2017, and Customer Service Manager from October 2010 to November 2014. Before joining Amazon, Karan worked at Mphasis as a Manager Operations from July 2004 to October 2010 and at Genpact as a Process Developer from March 2001 to July 2004. Karan Negi began their education journey in 1996 at Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. This academic pursuit lasted for four years and concluded in 2000.
