Karolina Gaik has a diverse work experience in various positions. Karolina currently works at Klarna as a Partner Success Manager, focusing on Solutions & Delivery. Prior to that, they worked at Dashmote as a Global Business Development Manager. In 2018, they joined Codewise.com and held multiple roles including Digital Community Management Lead and Partnerships Manager, Digital Community Manager, and Campaign Coordinator.

Karolina Gaik completed their education in a chronological order. Karolina began their undergraduate studies in 2013 at AGH University of Krakow, where they pursued an applied mathematics degree. In 2014, they continued their education at the University of Warsaw, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics (Inter-Faculty) until 2017. During this time, they also obtained an Erasmus+ scholarship and studied at the University of Lisbon in the field of Business/Managerial Economics. In 2017, they obtained the ICA Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) from the International Compliance Association. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge Assessment English.
