Fabian Gutierrez began their work experience in 2015 as a Business Analyst for Magna International's Process and Excellence Team. Fabian then joined Rexmind in 2016 as a Project Manager in Media Buying, where they remained until 2018. In 2019, Fabian joined N26 Group as an Operations Analyst in Card and Chargebacks, later transitioning to a Service Delivery Specialist role. Fabian'smost recent position is at Klarna, where they started in 2020 as a Banking Process Lead in Account Management.

Fabian Gutierrez has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, which they completed in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida in 2012.
