Katarzyna Kaduk has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Katarzyna started their career at CERN as a Student Intern, where they worked on the visualization and selection of strange particles in the ALICE detector. Katarzyna also operated the Data Control System and Data Acquisition System using technologies like ROOT, c++, c, java, linux, and ubuntu.

Katarzyna started as a Junior Process Analyst and Developer, focusing on automating manual processes, improving efficiency, and refactoring existing scripts. Katarzyna then transitioned to the role of Software Developer, where they worked on automating existing manual processes and improving process efficiency through software automation and analysis. Currently, they are working as an Engineering Manager, leading a software engineering team responsible for Collection development. Katarzyna'srole involves leading and growing the team, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and influencing software design discussions.
Katarzyna Kaduk obtained a Master's Degree in Nuclear Physics from Warsaw University of Technology, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the same institution, completing their studies in 2012.
