Leonardo Carlesso has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Leonardo is currently working at Klarna as a Competence Lead Engineer, where they oversee engineers' career growth, provides technical support to the sales team, and translates raw specifications into product solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Tillhub GmbH as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for developing a web app based on JavaScript technologies.

Before their role at Tillhub GmbH, Leonardo worked at ADP as a Senior Software Engineer, working in internationally distributed teams and translating business specifications into software functionalities. Leonardo also worked at Zaffari as a Software Engineer, creating user information solutions using Java-based components.

During their career, Leonardo also gained experience as a Guest Services Attendant at Universal Orlando during an internship and as a Junior Software Engineer at Interact Solutions, where they programmed in Java and integrated desktop code to a web version. Additionally, they worked as a Photoshop Instructor at Senac-RS and Data Control Informática, and as a Graphic Designer at Maggu'ss Comunicação.

Leonardo Carlesso began their education journey in 2005 at IFRS, where they pursued a Technician degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Leonardo completed this program in 2007. In 2008, Leonardo enrolled at Universidade do Vale do Taquari - Univates to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering. Leonardo successfully completed this degree in 2012.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Leonardo pursued additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the OCJP - Oracle Certified Java Programmer certification from Oracle. Additionally, in the same year, they completed the TOEFL iBT certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS). In 2015, Leonardo obtained the Shaping up with AngularJS certification from Code School. Lastly, in 2016, they received the IELTS Academic certification from IELTS Official.

In 2012, Leonardo continued their education by enrolling at Centro Universitário Metodista IPA, where they pursued a second Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Engineering. Leonardo completed this program in 2015.
