Reynaldo R.'s work experience begins in 2003 as an Art Director at UpShot. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Art Director at DRAFTFCB and as an Associate Creative Director at Rivet. In 2007, they joined Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett as an Associate Creative Director. In 2011, they became the Head of Product Design for Dynamic Ads at ValueClick, where they led the development of the dynamic ad product roadmap and framework. In 2014, they moved to Conversant Inc. as the Head of Product Design & Brand Strategy, where they played a key role in expanding dynamic display media and achieved remarkable results for clients. Reynaldo then joined CJ in 2015 as the VP of Marketing, EMEA, managing various marketing functions. Reynaldo also held the position of VP of Marketing & Brand Strategy, EMEA at Epsilon from 2015 to 2021, where they played a crucial role in strategic planning, branding refinement, and client growth. Currently, Reynaldo R. is the Head of Connected Media Experience, Retail Media at Klarna, starting in 2021.

Reynaldo R. pursued their education in a chronological manner with a focus on film and video production and theater production. Reynaldo attended Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Theater Production. Following this, they enrolled in Columbia College Chicago from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a 2nd Bachelor's degree in Film & Video. In addition to their formal education, Reynaldo also obtained a certification in UX Management Specialty from Nielsen Norman Group in February 2020.
