Shivani Goel

Shivani Goel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shivani began their career as a Summer Intern at Technophilia in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at INDIRA GANDHI DELHI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY FOR WOMEN, where they developed teaching modules and assisted students with debugging C and C++ programs.

In 2013, Shivani Goel served as a Summer Engineering Intern at the National Informatics Center. Shivani then joined GE in 2014 as part of the Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP), where they worked on various business critical assignments and cultivated technical problem-solving skills. Additionally, they organized employee-engagement activities as a member of the Fun Team at Mumbai Technology Center.

Continuing their career trajectory, Shivani joined the Walt Disney Company in 2017 as a Graduate Intern in Business Intelligence & Analytics Insights. Later that year, they moved to Paytm Mall and assumed the role of Growth Manager, focusing on Marketplace Category Management. In 2018, they transitioned to PayPal as a Product Analyst II, specializing in Payment Checkout flows.

Shivani Goel's most recent work experience is with Klarna, starting in 2020. Shivani took on roles such as Senior Product Analyst - Disputes/Returns, Senior Analyst - Org-wide Strategic Initiatives, and Analytics Lead - Consumer Localisation. Currently, they hold the position of Product Analytics Lead, specializing in Investor Relations, Acceleration and M&A.

Shivani Goel pursued their education in Management Information Systems and Analytics by obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from the University at Buffalo, which they completed in 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, graduating in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Shivani Goel has obtained various certifications. In 2017, they became a SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 through SAS. In 2016, they completed the ACE (Advanced Course in Engineering) - A Course and B Course at GE Global Research. Shivani also completed the Engineering @ GE (Eng@GE) program offered by GE in 2016. Furthermore, they completed the Accelerating your Leadership Journey (ALJ) program in 2015 at GE. Prior to these certifications, they obtained the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle in 2012. Additionally, in 2009, they acquired the Database Design and Programming with SQL certification from Oracle.
