Courtney Kern

Courtney Kern, MBA, MS-ISM, currently serves as the Director of Compliance, Information Governance, & Archiving at KLDiscovery since February 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney held various vice president positions at BNY Mellon from 2011 to 2022, including leadership in Third Party Governance Risk Management and the Office of Third Party Governance, where significant regulatory frameworks were developed. Earlier experience includes roles at Karndean Designflooring USA, Voith Hydro, and Protiviti Technology, with a strong focus on IT management and project oversight. Courtney's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Penn State University and both an MBA and MS in Information Systems Management from Duquesne University.
