Becky Allen is an Engineering Technical Director and has been with Kleinschmidt for 6+ years. Becky specializes in dam safety inspections and geotechnical assessments of earthen embankments. Her technical expertise includes seepage and stability modeling, simplified liquefaction triggering analysis, risk assessments, and filter design. Becky has completed projects from feasibility level through to final design and construction. She is recognized by FERC as an approved Independent Consultant, meeting the requirements of the Commission’s Section 12.31(a) for conducting dam safety inspections. Some of her highlighted projects include her work on Dam Safety Improvement Options; Dam Decommissioning Design; Pumped Storage Development Phase I Design; On-Call Dam Safety Services; Emergency Spillway Rehabilitation.
