Scott Lindgren

Scott Lindgren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott is currently a Senior Director of People Operations at KLN Family Brands, starting in September 2022. Previously, they held the role of Director of Workforce Strategy at the same company from August 2021 to September 2022. Before that, Scott worked as a Workforce Management Consultant at Lindgren & Associates from November 2020 to July 2021. Scott also has experience as a Director of SRG (Specialized Recruiting Group) and Managing Partner at Express Employment Professionals in Grand Forks, ND from May 2013 to November 2020. Scott was the Owner of Marathon Fundraisers from October 2011 to December 2016, creating and conducting special event fundraisers for non-profit organizations. Scott served as General Manager at Grand Forks Country Club from January 2010 to August 2011. Additionally, Scott worked as a Regional Manager at Select Communications Inc. from June 2008 to December 2009, and as a General Manager at NorthStar Telcom from May 2000 to December 2008.

Scott Lindgren attended Richfield High School from 1982 to 1984. Scott then pursued a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Scott Lindgren obtained a certification in "Building a Stellar Employee Experience" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
