Christophe LE NORMAND has over 27 years of work experience in various HR and talent management roles. Christophe'smost recent position is as the HRD Human Resources & Talent Management Director at kp Klöckner Pentaplast. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at ESSITY SCA, where they were responsible for HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development. Christophe also worked as a Professional Coach at CAP RH Plus, supporting individuals and teams in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Christophe has also held positions at GLATFELTER as the Talent Development Director Europe, at Groupe Fermiers d'Argoat as the HR and legal manager, and at ROSSIGNOL as a Sales Manager. Overall, Christophe has extensive experience in HR, talent management, and coaching in various global organizations.

Christophe LE NORMAND received a Maitrise Droit des affaires (Business Law) degree from Université de Rennes I in 1990. Christophe later completed an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Rennes School of Business in 1991. In 2013, they obtained a Certificat Coach Professionnel homologué par l'état - RNCP Niveau 1 (Professional Coach Certificate approved by the state) from Linkup Coaching - Paris. Christophe also completed a program in Etudes comportements et motivations (Behavior and Motivations Studies) with DISC évaluation / TTI Success Insights in 2013. Christophe has additional certifications in HBDI from Hermann International Europe and DISC WPMOT from TTI Success Insights, obtained in 2016 and 2014 respectively.
