Mel Fitton

Mel Fitton has a wealth of experience in business excellence, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and lean management. Mel has held various positions throughout their career, including Group Business Excellence Director, Operational Excellence Director, Group Continuous Improvement Director, and Director of Business Improvement at Klöckner Pentaplast. Prior to that, they worked at LINPAC Packaging as the Group Continuous Improvement Manager and BPS Manager. Mel also served as the Head of Continuous Improvement at G4S. Mel began their career at Sun Chemical, where they worked as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt for over 25 years. Their extensive background in continuous improvement and lean management make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Mel Fitton attended The Open University, where they studied Business Management.
