Caroline Peak

Caroline Peak is an IPS Design Engineer I at KLS Martin Group, specializing in designing custom implants, guides, and splints for craniomaxillofacial surgery while ensuring regulatory compliance and addressing surgeon-specific requirements. Previously, Caroline served as an Associate IPS Design Engineer and a Biomedical Engineering Undergraduate Research Assistant at Clemson University, where work involved developing a novel 3D-printed stretcher system for cardiac microtissue analysis and contributing to a thesis and presentations on the findings. In earlier roles, Caroline gained experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern, refining microfluidic systems for identifying yeast species, and as a Biochemical Engineering Intern, contributing to research on gene expression in CHO cells. Caroline's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Clemson University.
