Karin Nicoll has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, staff development, and policy development. Karin is currently working as a Human Resources Consultant at KMA Human Resources Consulting. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at MadgeTech, Inc., where they were a member of the Executive Management team and handled benefits administration, strategic planning, and staff development. Karin has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at The Human Resource Consulting Group, focusing on policy development, compliance, and talent management. Before entering the consulting field, Karin gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at New Samaritan Corporation and as a Human Resources Manager at Ross & Roberts. Karin Nicoll PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources ~ Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business/Corporate Communications from Charter Oak State College, graduating in 1993. Karin also possesses several certifications, including OSHA - 30 hour from OSHA Safety Training Institute, obtained in August 2015. Karin also holds the certification of Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International. Karin has additional certifications in the field of Human Resources, including the PHR - Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI and the SHRM-CP from SHRM.
