Wayne Tighe

Wayne Tighe has extensive experience in sales and executive leadership roles. Wayne is currently the Vice President of Sales at KMM Logistics and Network Services. Previously, they held the position of Executive Leadership & Sales Director at L3Harris Technologies, where they achieved significant growth in sales and secured large contracts. Before that, they were the Vice President of Global Sales at Optigo Networks, responsible for building and scaling the global sales organization. Wayne also served as the Vice President of Sales - Tridium Software at Honeywell International and as the National Sales Director - Global Enterprise at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Wayne Tighe began their career at HP, where they excelled as a Regional Sales Director. Prior to that, they worked at Agilent Technologies as the Director for the Eastern USA and Managing Director for Latin America, achieving significant revenue growth and securing major accounts.

Wayne Tighe completed their Executive Education in Global Strategic Leadership Program, with a focus on Aresty Scholar, from The Wharton School in 2016-2017. As for their previous education, Wayne holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University. Wayne also has a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (Eng. Technologist) from Toronto Metropolitan University. Wayne's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (B.A.S.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from York University.
