Michael Petersen

Michael Petersen is a Senior KM Strategist at KMS Lighthouse, where Michael works with organizations to leverage knowledge for improving employee/customer experience. Previously, Michael worked as a Business Development Representative at Gartner and as a Co-Founder at Xecutive Development. Michael also served as a Translator at Family Health Partnership Clinic. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Luther College.
