Winnie Lok has a diverse work experience, beginning with freelance theatre stage management in 2001. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Manager, Event and Entertainment Production and Part Time - Runner Services at New York Road Runners. In 2018, they became a Manager - Events at Atlanta Track Club. In 2020, they held two positions simultaneously: Site Operations Manager at CORE Response and Response Professional at Hagerty Consulting. Winnie also held the role of Health Safety Manager at Vigilant EHS Solutions, Inc., where they served as the COVID-19 Compliance Officer for Film, TV and Music Video productions. In 2021, they were a Manager, Health and Safety at The Walt Disney Company and a Response Professional at Hagerty Consulting. Currently, they are an Operations Associate at Knack and an Arts Instructor - Project and Stage Management at New York University Abu Dhabi.

Winnie Lok attended the University of Southern California from 1997 to 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Stage Management.
