Anjali leads the India HR & Operations driving recruitment, performance management and operations. With 17+ years of experience in core HR & Operations, she works to advance KnackForge’s value of championing people along with service delivery management for seamless operational function.

Anjali is responsible for managing human resource policies, organizational effectiveness, staffing, compensation, payroll and benefits. She is Certified in L&D, HRD and has been associated with several HR forums. In 2019, she was listed as one of the ambitious Women in Tech by a magazine called Insight Success. One of her key strengths is adhering to the principles of lean.
