Chris Guerrero, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chris started their career in 2002 at Corner Bakery Cafe, where they held positions such as Assistant Manager, Field Training Manager, Opening Units Manager, General Manager, and eventually Senior HR/Recruiting Manager. In this role, they collaborated with Area Directors and hiring managers, led the recruitment process, tracked key metrics, and managed employee relations.
In 2016, Chris joined The Saxton Group | McAlister's Deli Multi-Unit Franchisee as a Recruiting Manager, where they managed the selection process, partnered with Regional Directors, and handled new hire documentation.
Currently, Chris serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Recruiting Manager at Kneaders Bakery and Cafe. Chris also held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources from 2019 to 2022.
