Debbie Hilscher

Debbie Hilscher, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Debbie began their career in 1993 at First Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 1996. Following that, from 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Business Analyst at Emory Healthcare.

In 2011, they joined Bowdoin College as an Information Technology Project Coordinator, where they worked until 2013.

Currently, Debbie is employed at Knickerbocker Group, where they have held various roles. Debbie started as a Human Resources Manager in 2014 and is currently working as the Director of People and Culture since June 2022.

Debbie Hilscher, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Emory University. Debbie attended from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Clemson University, majoring in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy. Debbie completed their undergraduate studies from 1985 to 1989. Additionally, Debbie obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the SHRM institution in June 2021.
