David Mosca possesses extensive experience in public safety and marine safety, currently serving as a Public Safety Officer at Knights of Columbus - Council 11091 since June 2015. Involved with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary since January 2011, David holds multiple roles including Division Staff Officer for Marine Safety and Environment and Co-Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, David has contributed to community safety efforts through positions at the Whiting Police Department and Sons of The American Legion Post # 80, where David is recognized as the first U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliarist. David's earlier roles include security supervision at Hammond Port Authority and Mansard Apartments, alongside foundational experience as a police cadet. Academically, David has earned Bachelor's Degrees in Dentistry and Criminology, along with training at the National Police Academy.
