Gail James has a wealth of experience in customer service and customer success roles. Gail began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at MPH Bookstores Sdn Bhd. In 2011, they moved to Credit Bureau Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Senior Executive, Customer Service. In 2015, they joined CTOS Data Systems as a Senior Executive, Product Innovation & Development. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Head of Customer Success at Know Your Customer Limited, a company that provides next generation digital on-boarding solutions.
