Python Developer / Web Scraping Expert

We’re a Berlin-based, remote-first SaaS start-up, looking for a Python Developer / Web Scraping Expert to strengthen our international team.

Your responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, well-tested, and scalable code, using Python for web scraping and data processing;

• Scale an asynchronous web scraping system and make sure it runs well in production;

• Develop and maintain REST APIs;

• Support DevOps tasks;

• Work with large amounts of data and ensure high data quality;

• Deliver projects and commitments on time and quality;

• Code reviews;

• Applying best practices and helping optimize processes.

Your profile

• Experience with Python, object-oriented programming, Git, CI/CD;
• Experience with web scraping, BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Selenium ;
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, and Linux would be a plus;
• You’re well organized, take ownership and accountability;
• Strong communication skills, passion for software development & love for challenges;
• You’re a team player;
• English fluency, at least on C1 level;
• Required location: Europe or South America.
