Alix Junior Tercius, MD, MBA, FACC, RPVI has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Alix Junior is currently working at Knox Community Hospital as an Interventional Cardiologist & Vice President of Medical Staff, as well as the Chair of Credentials Committee. Since 2019, they have also been serving as the Chairman of the Department of Hospital Medicine. Alix Junior Tercius, MD, MBA, FACC, RPVI obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from CUNY York College, NY in 1999. Subsequently, they attended Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, WI and obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 2005. Alix Junior then pursued an Internal Medicine Residency Program at The University of Connecticut Health Center from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they specialized in Congestive Heart Failure at St. Francis Hospital in CT from 2008 to 2009. Alix Junior furthered their cardiology training at Aurora Health Care in WI from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they attended The Ohio State University for Interventional Cardiology studies. Additionally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2015 to 2017.
