Patricia Pereira

Patricia Pereira is currently the Director of People & Culture for UK, Europe, and APAC at Kobalt Music, where Patricia leads in developing and implementing programs to drive business goals. Patricia also serves as a Senior Business Partner for Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion and a Tech Talent Charter Ambassador. With a background in HR and psychology, Patricia has held various roles in companies like Worldpay and Phone-paid Services Authority before joining Kobalt Music. Patricia holds a PostGrad degree in HRM from London South Bank University and a BSc in Psychology with Women's Studies from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
