Martin Tuchscherer

Martin is a registered professional geologist and has been working continuously in the mineral exploration industry for over 17 years. His exploration experience ranges across several commodities: Ni-Cu-PGE, Cr, and Au on various projects at different development stages. Of note, Martin participated in the delineation and discovery of the Black Thor and Black Label chromite deposits in the Ring of Fire of Ontario with Freewest Resources. He worked for over five years on the Canadian Royalties’ Nunavik Nickel Project in Northern Quebec. In Quebec Martin also worked in various roles with Azimut Exploration, Osisko Mining, and Benz Mining where he made significant contributions towards the discovery and expansion of the Patwon, Lynx, and Eastmain gold deposits.

Martin obtained a Ph.D. from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MSc from the University of New Brunswick, and a BSc from Concordia University.
