Job description

As an External Identity Support Analyst you will be providing 3rd line remote support for all our clients external identity solutions that have been implemented using Microsoft B2B, B2C and B2E. As well as Kocho's own bespoke IP solutions, this includes complex incident, service and change management. You will be providing advice and guidance to clients following best practice and taking into account the client's individual needs.  You will be working closely with the External Identity consultants assisting in project work and transitioning projects into Managed Solutions Support. This role is UK based.

Here is the role:

  • Provide 3rd line remote support for all customer solutions within Managed Solution Support

  • Responsible for configuration management database (CMDB)

  • Project support when transitioning clients and projects into Managed Solution Support and via Project services support offerings

  • Technical development of service offerings and Managed Solution Support services

  • Responsible for providing handovers of customer solutions into Managed Solution Support

  • Acts as a seasoned advisor, providing independent opinion and solutions to complex problems and novel initiatives, and assists with decision making on client solutions

  • Encourages and influences clients to consider solutions to complex issues in their best interests.

  • Advocate on behalf of clients to Senior Management, identifying approaches that meet clients’ needs as well as those of the organisations

This is what we need from you:

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex and bespoke applications

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex bespoke applications

  • Good working knowledge and the ability to read and modify code written in VB.Net and C#

  • Good knowledge or experience of working with Microsoft PowerShell

  • Ability to support complex enterprise environments

  • Understanding of SAML 2.0, OAUTH 2.0, Open ID Connect and other federation technologies.

  • Experience of operational support within a business environment

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, virtual environment

  • Ability to work independently, on multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong writing and speaking abilities necessary to explain technical issues in a clear and compelling manner to various levels of technical and business audience

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Would be great if you have:

  • Experience with operation/support of Azure B2C & Azure AD

  • Experience with operation/support of Azure Devops
