Koddi is excited to announce the 4th iteration of its Cohort Program! We’re especially excited to share that this iteration of the program will include Product Management, UX, and Data Science tracks, in addition to our Software Engineering track from prior years.

The cohort program is an intense, 8-week training and development program covering all aspects of product and engineering at Koddi. You’ll work very closely with engineering, product managers, and other cross-functional counterparts to scope and launch a meaningful feature or product enhancement for Koddi’s customers. After successfully completing the program, you’ll have the opportunity to join Koddi’s team full-time and continue learning and growing your career with us.

What skills/experience you bring (Minimum qualifications)

  • Graduating no later than May 2024
  • Good at solving problems and thinking things through from first-principles
  • Strong, polished written and verbal communicator
  • A beginner’s mindset; humble, and ready to learn
  • A portfolio sharing some of the work you have completed in school or past intern programs
  • Commitment to being onsite in Fort Worth Monday through Friday for the duration of the 8-week program
  • Able to join us Full Time after the program ends

Preferred Experience

  • Educated on design process from conceptualization to implementation, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Comfortable working and presenting with Figma, and can create variables & dynamic components to supercharge the design process
  • Excited to be a part of making our UX processes better (design crits, retros, kickoff meetings, etc.). We’ll figure out what works, together!
