Stergios Lazos has over 35 years of experience in education and business. Stergios began their career in 1984 as a Latin and Humanities Teacher at Kingswood Oxford School. In 1986, they became a Limited Partner at TOP Enterprises, a high end wine store. From 1992-1994, they were the Assistant Director of Prospect Research at Bryn Mawr College, where they exceeded the $190 million goal in less than two years. In 1994, they became the Chair of Foreign Languages at Hawken School. From 2001-2016, Stergios held several positions at St. Edward High School, including Academic Dean, IB Coordinator, and Chair of Classical and Modern Languages. From 2016-2018, they were the Upper School Director at Lyndon Institute. Most recently, from 2018-present, Stergios has been a Senior Key Account Manager and Senior Business Developer at Kognity, where they maintain and builds relationships with customers in North and Latin America, providing a high level of personalized service, and ensuring that these schools experience a smooth transition to a digital learning environment.

Stergios Lazos began their educational journey in 1976, graduating from Manchester Memorial High School with a High School Diploma in 1980. Stergios then attended Dartmouth College, graduating with an AB in Classical Archaeology, Classics, and Pre-med in 1984. In 1987, Stergios participated in the Klingenstein Summer Internship Program at Teachers College, Columbia University in the field of Educational/Instructional Technology. Stergios returned to school in 1989, completing an MEd in Curriculum and Supervision at the University of Hartford in 1991.
