Stephen Hirzel

Stephen Hirzel, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Sourcing for MRO at Kohler Co., overseeing purchasing activities and establishing strategic processes while managing commodity and project performance. Previously, Stephen held the position of Associate Category Leader, where significant savings were achieved through negotiations, and developed strategic sourcing initiatives across various MRO categories. Stephen's experience also includes roles as MRO System Supervisor at Guardian Industries, Senior Buyer at E&E Special Products, and Project Manager at E&E, demonstrating a strong background in supplier relationship management, project oversight, and cost optimization. Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint and a degree from Central Michigan University.
