Alex Otrezov

Alex Otrezov is a marketing executive who has held senior positions at some of the world's largest companies, including Uber, Expedia Group, and PayIt. Alex is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at KOHO.

Otrezov began their career in 2007 as a co-founder of Syntax Dynamics, a software development company. Alex then joined Yodle in 2008 as a National Global Performance Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing the company's marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.

In 2011, Otrezov left Yodle to join BrightWhistle, a digital marketing firm, as Director of Digital Marketing. Alex oversaw all of the company's marketing initiatives, including paid search, SEO, and social media.

In 2013, Otrezov was recruited by Expedia Group to serve as Senior Director of Paid Search Operations. In this role, they managed a team of SEM analysts and was responsible for optimizing the company's paid search campaigns. Alex also oversaw the Expedia Partner Network, a global affiliate network.

In 2016, Otrezov left Expedia to join Uber as Head of Search & Experimentation. In this role, they were responsible for managing Uber's SEM, SEO, ASO, YT, GDN, and experimentation programs.

In 2019, Otrezov left Uber to join PayIt as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, they are responsible for all of PayIt's marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, public relations, and customer acquisition.

Alex Otrezov has a BA in Marketing & Finance from Olivet College and is certified by Microsoft in Bing Ads and by Google, Inc in Google Adwords.

Alex Otrezov reports to Daniel Eberhard, CEO. They are on a team with Shane Parkhill - Director of Operations, Damier Xandrine - Chief Legal Officer, and Diane Scheidler - VP, People & Culture.
