Oleks Maistrenko

Oleks Maistrenko is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at MISTO since July 2024 and as a Patron at KOLO since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Advisor to the CDTO for Kyiv City Council, overseeing multiple city projects, and Head of Engineering at IntellectEU, where restructuring and defining engineering processes for a team of 150 engineers were key accomplishments. Oleks has held significant positions at Integrity Vision and IPT Innovation Process Technology, contributing to project management and implementation in various sectors. In academia, Oleks has a robust educational background, holding a PhD in System Analysis and Optimal Decision Theory, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Applied Mathematics, all from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Research work at IBM Research involved contributions to business process management and awarded patents.
