Ed Bathelt

Ed Bathelt has extensive work experience in the field of law. Ed started their career as an Associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal in 1989 and worked there until 1994. Ed then joined Snap-on Incorporated as an Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, where they worked for a decade until 2004. In 2004, Ed Bathelt joined Komatsu America Corp. as the Vice President and General Counsel. Ed held this position until 2017, when they were promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer.

Ed Bathelt has a J.D from the Boston University School of Law, a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.B.A from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a Doctor of Law - JD from the Boston University School of Law. Ed also attended Loyola Academy.
