Kitty Liu

Kitty Liu has a strong background in compliance and auditing. Kitty started their career as an Audit Officer at LaSalle Bank Corporation in 1998 and held that role until 2006. From there, they joined GE Commercial Finance / Xerox Capital Services as a Senior Auditor for a brief period. In 2006, they moved to Citigroup, where they worked as VP, Compliance Officer until 2007. Since 2007, Kitty has been with Komatsu America Corp., initially as Manager, SOX Compliance and later as Compliance Director. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Compliance at Komatsu America Corp.

Kitty Liu attended DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an MBA degree. Prior to that, they studied at the Wisconsin School of Business from 1993 to 1995.
