Marlee Muenchow

Marlee Muenchow, MBA has a strong background in HRIS and talent development. Marlee is currently working at Komatsu Construction as a Lead HRIS Analyst, where they act as a senior escalation point for technical issues and provides solutions for complex problems. Marlee is responsible for the global implementation and administration of SAP SuccessFactors and provides data analysis support to various corporate departments. Prior to Komatsu Construction, Marlee worked at Rexnord, starting as a Compensation and HRIS Intern and then progressing to roles such as HRIS Analyst and Sr. HR Shared Services Representative. Marlee also has experience as a Receptionist at Boucher Cadillac Buick GMC.

Marlee Muenchow, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 2010 and 2014. Marlee went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Cardinal Stritch University from 2015 to 2017.
