Cathryn Meyer

Cathryn Meyer has held various roles in the field of compensation and human resources throughout their career. Cathryn is currently working as a Director of Compensation at Komodo Health since 2024. Before that, they ran their own consulting firm, Meyer Rewards Consulting, LLC, where they provided compensation consulting services for small to midsize tech companies from 2023. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Dog Walker at Rover.com in 2022. Cathryn also served as a Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Contentful from 2021 to 2022, and as a Senior Compensation Consultant at VMware in 2020. Before that, they held multiple positions at Pivotal Software, Inc., including Senior Manager of Compensation, Senior Compensation Analyst/Consultant, and HR Business Partner from 2013 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner at Greenplum from 2010 to 2013, an HR Generalist at EMC from 2007 to 2010, and an HR intern at Twin River in 2007. Cathryn also gained part-time experience as an Admission Fellow at Bryant University from 2004 to 2007.

Cathryn Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management and Marketing from Bryant University. Cathryn also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leading Innovative Organizations from Santa Clara University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cathryn Meyer has obtained several certifications, including "Reid Hoffman and Chris Yeh on Creating an Alliance with Employees" from LinkedIn, and certifications as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 from Yoga Alliance and as a Certified Power Yoga Teacher from Vibe Yoga.
