Mike Hill

Mike Hill has a diverse work experience in the medical and customer support industries. Mike currently holds the position of Director, Managed Services Medical at Komodo Health. Prior to this role, they worked at Mavens - A Komodo Health Company as a Functional Lead CS - Medical and later as a Strategic Engagement Manager. At Veeva Systems, they served as a Manager in various departments including Vault CDMS GSC, Product Support Vault Commercial, and US Global Service Center. Mike also has experience as a Product Support Engineer, providing support for Veeva Network customers. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated skills in project management, customer success, strategy, and support.
