Chris Silva

Chris Silva is currently the Regional Human Resources Manager at KONE, managing HR needs in the Central and Southern regions of the United States. Prior to this role, Chris has held various HR positions at companies such as National Fire & Safety, Triumph Group, Nestlé, United Technologies, and Ford Motor Company. Chris also has experience working in academia as a Psychology Internship Coordinator at Brigham Young University. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources as well as a Master of Science in Psychology.
