Sophia Miller

Sophia Miller has a diverse range of work experience. Sophia began their career in 2015 as a Field Producer/Editor at Southern Oregon University, where they worked until 2019. During their time there, they also took on the role of 3rd Unit Director for a promotional video and worked as a Closed Captioning Tech Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist. Sophia then worked as a Video Editor and Animator for Coach Ross Ing from 2020 to 2021. Sophia also held positions at Custard Moon as a Comic Storywriter and at Thunderstruck as a Screenwriter. In 2019, Sophia worked as a Commercial Actor and Production Assistant at Hog Wild Toys. Sophia also had brief roles as a Film Extra at Chad, TBS and as an Office Production Assistant at The Enemy of the People Movie, LLC. Sophia joined Hog Wild Toys again in 2020 as a Video Editor and Producer, where they achieved significant success in peak viewership and social media growth. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Marketing Manager and Video Producer at Wilson Orthodontics, collaborating with Invisalign and HIP Creative Inc. to enhance orthodontic marketing through video content. Most recently, Sophia joined Kongregate in 2022 as a Brand Marketing Manager, where they provided key metrics and insights and authored articles resulting in increased click-through rates and views.

Sophia Miller completed their high school education at University Preparatory School from 2011 to 2015, earning a High School Degree. Sophia then attended Southern Oregon University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Emerging Media and Digital Arts, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication. In 2018, they also had a study abroad experience at the University of Oviedo in Spain, focusing on Communication, General.

In addition to their formal education, Sophia Miller has obtained several certifications. In August 2019, they became a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone® Certification Program. Sophia also holds Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 Certification, and Microsoft Word 2013 Certification, which they received from Southern Oregon University in May 2016. Further, in May 2017, Sophia obtained an OLCC-license from AACEA Oregon and a Food Handler's certification from eFoodcard.
