Marit Besseling

Marit Besseling is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as HR Directeur at Koninklijke Vezet B.V. since April 2019, Besseling previously held the position of Manager P&O at KWF Kankerbestrijding from October 2015 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Manager for McCain Foods Holland, overseeing HR functions in Lelystad and CêlaVìta from April 2012 to October 2015, and HR Manager at DHL Global Mail from 2007 to April 2012, where responsibility included enhancing HR professionalism and managing legal and public affairs. Besseling’s career also features a role as CAO negotiator with Werkgeversvereniging Postverspreiders Nederland and a background as an Attorney at Law at NautaDutilh. Besseling holds an LL.M in Dutch Civil Law from the University of Amsterdam and completed a program in Strategic Human Resource Management at ISBW.
