Brenda Arias-Conejo Reuter has extensive experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Brenda Arias-Conejo currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Kontoor Brands, Inc. Brenda Arias-Conejo previously worked as a Diversity and Inclusion Strategist at CultureThink and held a role as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional at Ally. Brenda also served as the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader at Collins Aerospace, where they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance diverse representation within the workforce. Brenda Arias-Conejo has also worked as a Guest Lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the Darla Moore School of Business. Earlier in their career, Brenda held various roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Global HR Operations and Diversity Analytics and HR Talent Acquisition, HBCU & Diversity Lead. Brenda Arias-Conejo Reuter has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Mercer University, obtained from 1989 to 1993. Brenda Arias-Conejo also holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies (MSOD) from Queens University of Charlotte, completed from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Coaching Certificate from Queens University of Charlotte during the same period. Brenda further pursued their education at Cornell University in 2016 and 2017, where they obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Professionals Certificate from the ILR School. Brenda Arias-Conejo also attended the Wake Forest University Charlotte Center in 2017 for a course in Diversity and Intercultural Competence. Brenda is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2025. As for additional certifications, they have completed courses such as DISC, HBDI, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Work Place Big 5 from various institutions.
