Porfirio Robles

Porfirio Robles is an experienced culinary professional, currently serving as Campus Executive Chef at Sodexo since June 2024. Robles has held various roles within the culinary field, including Assistant Chef at Kontos Foods Inc since May 2002, Executive Chef at ARAMARK Higher Education from August 2021 to April 2024, and Sous Chef at Bon Appetit from October 2020 to June 2021. Other significant positions include Executive Chef at Eurest Dining Services and Flik Corporation, Woke Line Cook at China Grill at the Hard Rock Hotel, and line cook at Levy Restaurants and The Union League Club of Chicago.
